Returns & refunds

All miniatures are manufactured on demand, this means there is no return policy, however, if a product is broken in shipping we will remanufacture with no cost to you. 

For a free remanufacture, you need to provide as with photos of the package and the broken products. If the shipping costs of the remanufactured items, would be more than the value of the product, we may opt to refund you the broken item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds are dealt with case by case policy. We do refund broken items and orders, which have not yet been sent.
